All transactions on the piso789 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your piso789 account within a few minutes of successful processing, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment channel.
Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. piso789 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
piso789 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — even from a spouse, sibling, or family member — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. piso789 aims to process verified withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer channels (BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, subject to technical limitations. piso789 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.
💡 Withdrawal Note: Bonus-derived winnings may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in bonus funds being forfeited from your balance.

piso789 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Consequence: Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings permanently forfeited. piso789 may additionally close the account and report the activity to PAGCOR in serious cases.
All sports bets placed on piso789 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, and event. These rules are published on the relevant event page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In case of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that event.
piso789 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: where the bet is placed after an event has commenced and live betting is not available for that market; where a manifest pricing error has occurred; where the integrity of an event is in question; or where piso789 reasonably suspects the bet is part of a fraudulent scheme.
A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player in the following situations: where an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; where a technical error affects the odds at the time the bet was placed; or where piso789 determines that a bet was accepted in error.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. piso789 makes every effort to ensure that live odds are accurate and updated in real time, but short delays may occur. Bets placed on incorrect live odds due to feed latency may be voided at piso789's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the piso789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

In no event shall piso789's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your piso789 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable fraud or AML checks.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits piso789's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
